Refund Policy

Returns is a scheme provided by us directly under this refund policy in terms of which the option of exchange or replacement is offered to you. All products listed have the same policy of Replacement or Exchange Only. For all products, the policy will remain same and On Some Products there might be NO RETURN, NO Exchange and NO Replacement Policy (This will be Mentioned On The Product Page in Description. Do refer the respective item’s applicable return policy on the product page for any exceptions.

 

REFUND IN CASE OF PREPAID ORDERS – BEFORE SHIPPING.

IN some cases, Customers are paying the amount through our Payment gateway or Through UPI and Before Shipping They Want Cancellation and Refund of the amount. We totally understand that sometimes without reading the things properly customer makes the payment and after that they change the mind. IN these kind of cases the 5% amount will be Deducted from the total amount paid by the customer. (As these are the charges taken by Payment gateway company for these type of transactions.) And the time period for these type of Refund will be from 5-7 days.

All Electronics, Furniture and Large appliances other than Apple and Google Products  10 days Replacement only In order to help you resolve issues with your product, we may troubleshoot your product either through online tools, over the phone, and/or through an in-person technical visit.If a defect is determined within the Returns Window, a replacement of the same model will be provided at no additional cost. If no defect is confirmed or the issue is not diagnosed within 10 days of delivery or Installation wherever applicable, you will be directed to a brand service center to resolve any subsequent issues.In any case, only one replacement shall be provided.
Apple & Google Products (Mobiles, Tablets, Laptops, Smart Watches) 10 days Replacement only For all functionality related issues, do contact the Zoneofdeals Customer Support Numbers.
No Returns categories   Some products in the above categories are not returnable due to their nature or other reasons. For all products, the policy on the product page shall prevail.
Part 2 – Returns Sending and Processing

In case of returns where you would like item(s) to send to Our office Address For Any Reason, Customer will have to send the product Through Courier or Through Speed Post As We are not having the Return Pickup System On Zoneofdeals.

After Receiving at Our End, your product will be checked for the following conditions:

Category Conditions
Correct Product IMEI/ name/ image/ brand/ serial number/ article number/ barcode should match and MRP tag should be undetached and clearly visible.
Complete Product All in-the-box accessories (like remote control, starter kits, instruction manuals, chargers, headphones, etc.), freebies and combos (if any) should be present.
Unused Product The product should be unused, unwashed, unsoiled, without any stains and with non-tampered quality check seals/ warranty seals (wherever applicable). Before returning a Mobile/ Laptop/ Tablet, the device should be formatted and Screen Lock (Pin, Pattern or Fingerprint) must be disabled. iCloud lock must be disabled for Apple devices. OR Any Kind Of password Should NOT Be there In the Returned Product. (If Any Of this type of issue will be Found Then We will STOP THE REPLACEMENT Or REFUND, Whichever is applicable.
Undamaged Product The product (including SIM trays/ charging port/ headphone port, back-panel etc.) should be undamaged and without any scratches, dents, tears or holes.
Undamaged Packaging Product’s original packaging/ box should be undamaged.

The customer support executive will refuse to accept the return if any of the above conditions are not met.

For any products for which a refund is to be given, the refund will be processed once the returned product has been received by us.

Part 3 – General Rules for a successful Return
  1. In certain cases where we are unable to process a replacement for any reason whatsoever, a refund will be given.
  2. During open box deliveries, while accepting your order, if you received a different or a damaged product, Then A VIDEO Will Be Required Of Unboxing the product. Already Opened Video Of the Packet Or BOX Will Not Be Acceptable.
  3. Once you have accepted The delivery, And No Video Of Unboxing is Prepared at Your End adn In Such case if any Discrepancy Will be Found then Zoneofdeals Will Not Be Responsible. AND NO Return/ Replacement request will be processed.
